Sellers-Q about Re commission or selling without REA
Can you tell me what % you are paying your RE agent?
Has anyone really had any luck selling privately?

About 4% is correct.. My gf sold her house in wantagh privately, it sold in 2 months.. Faster than any house in their area.. They made the right changes, priced the house right and advertised the hell out of it...
They were happy.... Try selling it on your own first then try a realtor...
