Sellers won the Mega Millions
I looked at this house in Hauppauge on Saturday. I didn't like it, but my RE Agent said they're moving because they won the mega millions and they purchased a $4 million house!
They were in the middle of updating the house...then won!
Do you HATE them or what?!

They re-paved the driveway and re-did the kitchen.
I think they were also going to update the lower level of the split.
Totally low ball em!
The sellers would probably kill my agent for telling us about the mega millions.
