Selling a solid oak dinette set! (negotiable on price)

We're selling our 3 year-old, barely used, oak dinette set from the Nostalgia Oak Warehouse. It's a 36" solid oak table with 4 chairs. It has a light oak finish. (Same color as shown)

Asking $225 (bought for $600). We would need to sell it this week as we are moving on 6/30.
