Selling Disney Trip
Hi Ladies- I'm a LIWedding bride and I figured I should also post this on here too! FH and I have a reservation to go to Disney from 1/17/2014 to 1/24/2014 but because he has a work conflict we can’t go this week. Since we used our timeshare we can’t change or cancel this reservation without losing our points. It’s for a 1-bedroom villa at Disney’s Beach Club Villas. If anyone is interested please let me know. If you book this trough Disney it would be $4,158! We would be happy to take $1500 for this reservation. Please feel free to pass this along to friends and family. ~Tara

This only includes the room for the 7 nights. It's a one bedroom villa so four people can use it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a pull out queen couch. It also has a small kitchen which is great if you are traveling with kids! Here is a link to what the villa looks like:

1 bedroom $4158 for a week? That's steep ...no park tickets or meals? I know your asking less but original price is $$$$

I know it's crazy but that is what Disney is asking for this reservation with no tickets or meals. The Beach Club is considered one of Disney's top of the line resorts. It's in the Deluxe category and you can't get better than that. Please go onto Disney's website and check for yourself.

Also I'm not making any money on this. I'm asking $1500 because that covers my maintenance fee for the year on my timeshare.

Yup, that's the Disney Vacation Club prices for the public folks! Nuts!
$1500 is a good deal for that lodging!

We just got back from Disney, and I just wanted to say that we went into the beach club, and it was beautiful! Its right across from the boardwalk (where we stayed) and in walking distance to Epcot!

Re: Selling Disney Trip
It might help if you broke it down to how much per point. Have you tried to go through david's to rent them to someone?

Re: Selling Disney Trip
That's a great deal! As a DVC owner myself, I can absolutely vouch for how beautiful the BC one bedroom units are.
Are they DVC points or did you trade in from RCI? If they are DVC you can still cancel even though your points would go into holding.

I used holding points to book this. So they have to be used by the end of January.

Re: Selling Disney Trip
I would have loved this deal! Too bad we are looking to go in March and not January. We will most likely be staying at Beach Club but not the villas. Would love the villas!

Re: Selling Disney Trip
That week for that resort/level is 197 pts! So youre selling for about $7.61/pt...AWESOME price considering Davids sells for $14/pt. i would totally snatch that up if we werent already booked for BLT in May! Hope someone takes that deal!
