Selling Love Seat/Pull Out Couch

Hey-- I thought I would post this here before anywhere else. I am selling this love seat, which also pulls out into a full size bed.

The couch is in great condition, and has been in a smoke and pet free home. It has a courderoy/chenille-y look to it. The bed has been slept on MAYBE 10 times. This is perfect for a guest room or office. Up until we moved, we had in DD's room.

I will also throw in these throw pillows from Crate & Barrel, as well as a slip cover, which is a "drop cloth" style from Pottery Barn, shown in a pic from when the couch was in DD's room.

I need to make room for more storage type furniture for my spare room, and will just invest in a nice air mattress when I have guests!

Asking $175 for everything.
