Selling our house
So after my realtor nightmare when we were told that we had to use my DH's aunt, his aunt told us to try and sell it ourselves before she lists it.
I wanted to let you guys know about it since I know a lot of you are looking to buy a house.
It is a 4bedroom, 2 bath contemporary in Coram. There are 25ft ceilings in the living room/dining room, a separate den, and a brand new kitchen (installed last weekend). The house is on a 1/3 of an acre and has brand new siding, windows and IGS.
If you are interested let me know. We are showing it tomorrow (sorry for the short notice) and we are hoping to sell it this weekend. We have 3 people coming to see it tomorrow so my fingers are crossed. I love the house and my neighborhood is great but I am ready to move to Georgia.

Thanks, we are hoping to sell it without the realtor. We were pushed into using a family member which I usually shy away from so hopefully this will work for us.
