Selling our house in Middle Island
STBX and I are selling our house. Right now, its a short sale because we are divorcing and one of us can't buy the other out.
Its a 3 bedroom 1 bath with an EIK on almost a 1/2 acre. In Longwood School District. Bathroom recently renovated and VERY clean.

It looks really nice! good luck! does it have a washer/dryer? not listed in the listing. and opportunity is spelled incorrectly in the sentence description.  (work as an editor, so can't stop myself!)

Thanks for letting me know about the spelling error. I will let Beth know. At this point, it looks like STBX is taking the washer/dryer but I'm not 100% sure about that. He dosent have anywhere to put/use them, so It dosent make sense for him to take them.
