Seperate question for those doing the 30 day shred

I know there is an official thread on this but I have a quick question that I thought might be better answered here without hijacking that thread...

For those of you who are doing it- do you do it every day? Like in a row?

Because I did it for the first time yesterday and to be honest- I am having trouble getting up from my seat, walking, raising my hands over my head today.

I am thinking that if I attempt to do it again tonight I won't be able to do the moves properly because of how sore I am.
Should I wait a day for the soreness to subside before doing it again?
How did you handle doing it with the soreness?

If you are that sore - I would skip a day and then do it the next day.

I try to do it about 5 times a week.

But I am also doing other exercising as well. I walk 3 miles (or more) a couple of days a week. And I take a kickboxing class too.
So that is why I don't do it every day - I like to give my body a break every once and while (even though I shouldn't Chat Icon )

I don't do any workout everyday...I do it when I can, which is probably about 3 days a week. I've only done it a few times though and DH is telling me I have "guns" Chat Icon

Thanks guys! That is what I normally would do.
I know you aren't supposed to work out the same muscles every day anyway- because they need a chance to heal so they can develop.
Plus I feel like I won't have good form and I will end up quitting early because I hurt so much today!
I think I will try doing it every other day...
