Sephora Play and Beauty Insider
I got the invite to join Sephora Play, but was signed up for another Beauty Insider account. I emailed customer service and they told me they could not add Play to my current account (at least that's what it sounded like in the response, it's clear they outsource). Did anyone have the same problem? I have a bunch of points on my original account and I want to keep adding to them.

I had the same issue - they merged the two accounts... and moved my points over to the email I asked them to. but my purchases for this year didn't transfer. so I asked about that... and they said they can't "transfer" my purchase history, but those purchases from this year will count in keeping me as a VIB etc. I am not so sure how they will track that but we shall see. I can still login under the other email and see my history, but all the points are now on the other email address.
ETA -
I entered a different email for the wait list, and signed up for play on that email, then realized my insider account was under a different email... so they merged..

I've gotten it twice. It's pretty good. You also get a card every month so if you buy something, you get bonus beauty insider points.

i JUST got off the waitlist so my first one will be July. I figured i would give it a month and see how it is, if i don't like it i will just cancel.

I liked it this month, there is a smashbox primer that is nice and a tarte bronzer I like.
Nest perfume was in it, smells nice, not something I would buy a full bottle of
