I think you still need a VIB card don't you? If you have one, and just need a 2nd coupon, I guess this could work. (although it says 1 coupn pe person on the back)
I have the rouge version & it says on the back you need a VIB Rouge card.

Mien came in the mail- There may have been an email I missed. I did place an order during the sale, so maybe that's why?

Sephora Reward coupon
Alot of BI VIB and Rouge haven't received rewards this year in error. Many people have complained they didn't receive the coupon. I received mine in the mail, no email.
I'm VIB and 100 bucks away from Rouge, the coupon just works like a gift card and anyone can use it.
