Sept. Mom's to be
Has anyone felt any early signs of labor... Any Braxton Hicks? Any indication that the little one is coming?

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
I am due September 3rd and I have had plenty of Braxton Hicks. I can't believe I have a month to go....although i know it could be more or it could be less.!!!

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
JUST started getting them, this weekend... it's the weirdest feeling in the world! Not painful, but every once in a while, especially when I get up, I feel my whole tummy tighten...

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
I've definitely started feeling them. I got so scared when I first felt then but after a few minutes it passed and I was fine. I can't believe it's already August 1st...time is flying!!

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
Due on 9/5 and I've been having BH contractions for quite some time, but not on a regular basis--maybe one a day that's noticeable. Otherwise, I don't think there have been any other signs. People have told me that I "dropped," but I think this is the way I've always carried.

The pressure is something I can relate to...Ouch!!!
Eireann - I think I saw you at Linda Zuccaro's CPR class last week - were you there? I was too shy to say anything

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
The Braxton Hicks just feels like a tightening all across the belly and if you feel it, it's rock hard!
Mrs. R--that was me! You were with your whole family, right? I felt the same way, like, "Hi, I'm from Lifamilies..." Anyway, you look great and I hope you're feeling great too!

Re: Sept. Mom's to be
They tell me I'm having them but I can't feel my uterus contract....maybe it's all my pre pregnancy extra padding.

LOL! Me too. I think I felt it once at 28 weeks or something but now nothing except kicks, which seem high up.

I feel discomfort and they're like OK feel and see if your're uterus is contracting. I have tried that and gotten so frustrated I wanted to scream so I just gave up!! Its nothing regular so I know its not real contractions, I guess that's all that matters.
My kicks are still low to me but they say her head is down
