Seriously don't mess with me im preg shut it and do ur job

Seriously I love my dr but im about to smack a hand full of ******* up soon in her office. I am usually very easy going I never put up a fuss or complain even when i have an appointment at lets say one and don't get seen for over an hour.....but this time they went too far....

First off a hand full of ladies who work there need to learn some customer service skills...i was there a few weeks ago and was making the next appointment and just told her i was going to need to do another soon caus e they couldn't see all the things they needed when she tells me yes i know ob is pregnancy well i looked that lil ***** dead in her face and said i know that im not stupid and i didn't say anything about that ....once i made the app i askd for her name shes like umm my name i go yea UR name..she said it then proceeded to try nd kiss my *** by making me five more ppointments in advance dumb ****** .
Then i have an app last time at 8 my hubby was working so i canceled it at like 5 told them it's supp to get bad out later an im a lil nervous to drive alone in the bad weather while im preg well this lady made it sound like the end of the world telling me i should just keep the app there are no more openings blah blah blah i said listen I don't want to drive in the bad weather shes like well its not gonna get too bad later ....i askd for something Thursday nothing fri nothing i said look all i am coming in for is to meet with the next dr on my list ur supp to meet with all of them its no bug deal ....i took an spa for mon and seriously she kept saying **** about the fact of changing the app seriously i told my hubby and hes ready to flip out on them cause there are other things as well but i really feel comfortable with two fo the drs there i had a miscarriage at the end of 08 and the one dr was totally nice and took a lot of time to deal with me so i don't want to look for another especially while im five months preg once i have lo maybe ill look round ( if i don't get taken away in handcuffs first from. Taking one of these ladies out) seriously we re the patients i know im not the only one they are rude ******* to so i don't know what gives they should be happy they have jobs these days ...although who knows if they keep it up the bbb just might get a letter from dh he loves the bbb.
Sorry so long i just had to vent .

i would make suuuure to tell ur doc about how the have treated u and about the attitude u always get.
my old docs office was like that and lots of times they said there was no appt I asked for the doc to call me so i can speak to him and miraculously they found an appt.
