Seriously someone give the strength to get through this....
well I JUST got over my stomach virus and my 2 year old DD just started vomiting. My worst fear. She spent 11 days in the hospital last winter for this.
Now my 5 month old DS just woke up coughing and gagging (no vomit yet.) OMG how am I going to handle both kids vomiting all night long???
Plus DS is on antibotics for a double ear infection and not eating much as it is. This is only going to get worse.
How do you do it? Do you just keep changing the bedding? pj's? etc. Is there any tricks to making this as easy as it could possibly be????
ETA: Weirdest thing ever - she vomited maybe 4 times and that was it. Now she's up and playing like nothing happened
DS never got sick but did wake every 3 hours to eat He's been sleeping through the night for a long time now.
What just happened??? Well I hope they nap because between the 2 of them I got like 2 hours sleep

I know that my answer is going to $uck, but I would honestly just keep hitting everything that they come in contact with with disinfecting wipes, clorox anywhere hard surface spray, clorox cleanup.... anything you can to disinfect, and spray lysol through he house as much as you can.... Change all clothing, bedding, and everything that you can as quickly as possible and either wash with bleach or color safe bleach to kill all those nasty germies.
And the worst thing is that you prob aren't even 100% up to par yet.

We all went through this last year when my DS was only a month old (thank GOD he didn't get it)
Do you know those cheap table cloths, with the plastic back? I put them on all of my couches. I kept our steam cleaner out and if they threw up on the carpet I steam cleaned immediately.
I hope they feel better soon!

It's possible that the 5 month old is teething real bad. My DS started coughing and gagging with this last round of teeth. The dr said it was from all the saliva and mucus.
