Seriously, this teething HAS GOT TO STOP!
I cannot take seeing my little girl in pain anymore. The entire top of her mouth is so swollen. Even her molars. I cannot take this anymore. She can't eat, she can't sleep, she's in too much pain to play. She just cries and cries and wimpers all day and all night. NOTHING is working.

Poor baby! Its SO hard on them! Have you tried the teethers you put in the freezer? Or a washcloth that was in the freezer? Katie seems to prefer 'chewing' on her blankie or bib. How about Motrin?

Re: Seriously, this teething HAS GOT TO STOP!
Have you tried orajel? I know some ped's say not to use it because the numbing can hurt more or as much as the actual pain, and they don't like that the kids can swallow the benzocaine but if she's in so much pain...?? Or tylenol? I hope the pain subsides soon! ETA: oops I see you said nothing is working...oh well if I think of anything I'll post...

Re: Seriously, this teething HAS GOT TO STOP!
I've tried everything. Teething rings in the freezer, wash cloths in the freezer, binkies in the freezer, unfrozen teething rings and washcloths, motrin, tylenol, teething tablets, orajel. You name it, I've probably tried it It seems to hurt her to even chew on anything because when she does, she starts to scream. And she doesn't really like anything cold in her mouth. Any miracle suggestions?

1st of all to you both
I haven't gone through this yet, and am already dreading when that day comes.
The only thing that comes to mind since you've tried everything else is how my mom used to say that she would dip her finger in Armenian whiskey (Raki) that my grandfather made and then rub her finger on our gums. I know things were ALOT different then, but really I'm ok and not an alcoholic.
The whiskey is similar to Greek Ouzo or Italian Anisette. HTH
