Sesame Place - question about tickets

I am a planner and I was going to by the tickets in advance for Aug, however, should i wait and see what the weather will be the particular week we are going? Do the tickets ever sell out? What would be the benefit of purchasing them early ?

I have been to sesame place alot of times. I have never seen the tickets sell out. and i have gone during 4th of july and other busy times of the year. I dont think there is really any benefit to buying them early, imo.
