Sesame Place.... been hearing not such great things...
I've been hearing from a few people not to go to Sesame Place... that its dirty and not like it used to be..any experiences with it? Good or Bad?

My friend went last summer with her 3 kids and said it was so much fun and she said it wasn't dirty at all... they are going again this year  The only complaint she had was that with the blacktop when you're walking around it gets REALLY hot.. and the food is not so good.
We're going in July also

We took Julia last year and we had a great time everything was very clean, even the water in the rides--lol The only thing that wasn't so great was the food, so I would bring your own and eat in there picnic area.

I went last summer also. Andrew was afraid of some of the characters and rides, but I think he had fun. I didn't find it to be dirty at all.

It is good to hear some good reports - I wanted to take DD but heard some really bad reports from multiple people and read things on another board that it was dirty and people had issues with some of the crowd that goes.

The food Sux!
The only thing that might be considered 'dirty' that I saw is that the bathrooms at the end of the day are very wet. What do you expect though it's a water park. My daughter slipped in one of the changing rooms and banged her head. It scared the crap out of me but there is water, you can slip.
We want to go back this year too. I will not be taking my son though. (He would be about 3 months when we are looking to go)

I haven't heard any horrible things about Sesame just that I should wait until DS is 2. But Tyler is the same age as Ashley and we are probably going to take a trip their this summer with him. He may not be able to go on everything but I think he will enjoy it.

I've heard it was dirty and overcrowded from one family and then that it was great from another family. I'm going to ask them if they went on a weekend, maybe that makes a big difference?
