My MIL used them for her first dog and found their prices higher than area vets and they (In her words) tortured one of their dogs during a simple procedure and she took her dog to another vet.

Thanks for the info. Do you know how long ago this was? I ask b/c we got Cupcake from the Smithtown Animal Shelter and that is the vet they use.
