Sex of baby and genital development
From what I understand the genital organs form on the outside of the baby and with girls they go inside and with boys they stay on the outside.
My girlfriend was pg with her 2nd child and her 13 week sono SHE decided it was another boy (her first was a boy). She said she saw the pee pee. At 20 weeks the pee pee disappeared.

My Dr. said that at the 12 week sono the boys scrotum and the girls labia look so much alike it's very hard to tell and very easy to make a mistake. This is why they generaly suggest you wait until the Level II to find out the sex.

I read online about this and it said the sex organs are not done developing until the end of the 4th month.
