Shakeology
Does anyone know where I can get a sample of it before I go and order a 30 day supply? I've never had any sort of protein shake so I just want to make sure I like it before I buy.
Also, is anyone a beach body coach? I'm looking to order DVDs and just want to make sure I'm ordering the correct ones.

I can't say enough about shakeology. Yes it's expensive but IMO worth it. My DH has Crohn's and drinks it too...has not had a flair up in over a year. Coincidental may be but he's not going to stop drinking it to find out

I'm a beachbody coach too. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, even if you are working with another coach I can answer your questions. Beachbody coaches seem to be great about not "stealing" clients from one another and yet still helping all beachbody customers.
