Shakeology ?
Hi I have a question. If I just drank this every morning as breakfast and continued on a sensible diet, with my normal exercise routine would it help me lose weight? Thanks!!

Shakeology ?
Its a beach body product. Your better off buying your own whey protein and making a protein shake or protein smoothie at home. I did the turbo fire program and never ever bought shakeology even though it was heavily marketed. I make my own green smoothie protein shake at home using simple whey protein powder, frozen berries and frozen spinach. tastes awesome

This! I bought the nutribullet about 3.5 weeks ago after finally being done with the extra 10-15 pounds of baby weight I could not shake (mind you, my daughter is 5 LOL). In 3.5 weeks I've lost 8.7 pounds - in a nice healthy way. I do the shakes in the morning only. I count calories all day and literally measure everything. The nutribullet is my favorite investment!!!

Re: Shakeology ?
I dont know much about shakeology but my understnading is this is not really a protein shake product. It is more beneficial because it has alot of vitamins that you need etc.
my beachbody coach does say that her customers who use shakeology in addition to one of the workout programs lose more weight than those who do the workout program alone,

Sorry, I just came back to this post. I have to look a the brand name, but I got it at the Vitamin Shoppe. I bought both chocolate and vanilla to switch it up.
I use it in the morning with some spinach, banana, frozen strawberries, yogurt, ice and water. I blend and drink. So that is my breakfast usually (occassionally I want an egg white omelet with mushrooms, spinach and onions LOL).
I measure and count those calories towards my daily intake. Since I am on a weight loss goal, I limit my caloric intake to 1200-1300 and I have consistently lost weight over the past month - down a little over 9 pounds.
It has worked for me and I feel like I am getting real foods into my body, which I like.
I'll be honest - by nature I LOVE junk food so this is a true overhaul for me. Junk food apparently = a LOT of calories. For a treat I buy the mini ice cream cones at Trader Joes for 70 calories a piece.
