shampoo for color treated hair?
is there a difference between the salon quality color treated shampoo and any of the ones you can buy in the drug store (i'm currently not using one for color treated hair at all.) when i got my hair done a month ago, of course they tried to sell it to me and when i asked what makes this one better than other ones available for purchase, i was told 'well we use goldwell hair dye so we sell their products.' what a pitch that was! does anyone know if there truly is a difference though?

I use Pureology. I love the way it smells. I get a big bottle from ebay since one of the shower sized bottles is like $26 at Target. It helps cut down on the cost. I don't know if my color lasts longer but I love the shampoo.

Re: shampoo for color treated hair?
A friend of mine is a hairdresser and she said any shampoo for color treated hair is fine and that the salons always try to tell you that you need expensive stuff but you really dont :)
