Sharp pain in lower abdomen?

I've had sharp cramping (it feels alot like gas pain actually) in my lower addomen right above my pelvic bone. At first I thought maybe it was round ligament pain except that's usually brief pain. I've been feeling this way since last night. It's definitely dulled down quite a bit and doesn't hurt that much now. Sorry this is tmi but I also haven't gone to the bathroom (2) and feel constipated. Is this a cause to worry or do you think it's from constipation? Have any of you ever had this?

I had the exact same thing about 2 weeks ago. I was nervous because it wasn't going away but it did end up being associated to constipation (sorry tmi!). I took some metamucil and was back to normal! Good luck!

I always have this pain.. from B$ i was preggo cuz i have a severe constipation problem. But if it does continue call the doc just to run it by him.
