She is here and I am out at 8DPO ????
THAT ( B ) came six days early today Once again I am out. On to cycle 6, I can't believe it. She was two days late last month. I am soooooooooooo sick and tired of having irregular periods.
Ever since I went off of BCP five years ago, my cycles have never been the same.
SO ****** OFF right now.

I'm not sure, I got AF the 22nd of may.
Has this happen to anyone before? I mean this is really weird and way to early. I haven't finished my 2ww yet. IDK.

Do you temp? It has happen to me, but it was before I started to temp so I don't know if I ovulated early. I has also happened when I exercise a lot in the month.

No I don't temp, I did the whole opk strips which didn't work for me. I check my cm and I always get o cramping in my ovary right before ovulating. Its just spotting for now, but I have a strong feeling she is coming. thanks again ladies

If it's just spotting, even if its red it can be implantation bleeding. Remember CD1 is your first day of heavy flow.
If it is AF....then maybe your Luteal phase is shortening, that happened to me coming off BCP. I started taking 100mg of B6 every day starting CD1 and my cycle returned to normal.

She came in FULL force with even more cramping. Thanks again ladies, BCP really screwed up my cycles and I have been off of it for almost 5 years now.

You should probably see your doctor. 5 years is a very long time for your body not to regulate coming off BCP. And if you don't really know when you ovulated, then it's hard to say whether your AF was 'early' or 'late'.
