Does anyone know of one that is not a puppy mill or backyard breeder. I have contacted a few through ASPCA and LISSA. I was just wondering if anyone knew of one on LI, upstate, or NJ. My mom wants a puppy so the LI sheltie rescue is of no help to us! Thanks!
