shooting pains in right hand
anybody else get random shooting pains in thier right hand .. I am guessing this is from using the mouse and typing hard all day long.. it lasts for a very short time more annoying than painful ... someone please calm this hypochondriac down ...TIA

It could just be that your hand has been in the same position for an extended period of time and you were pinching a nerve. You should always stretch your fingers and wrist a litttle bit every once in awhile, especially if you work on the computer alot. This will help to reduce carpel tunnel like pain and swelling in the wrists that also cause numbness.
