How do you keep your grocery costs down each week?

what have you found helpful for spending less. I am trying to keep our food bill to less than 50-60 per week b/c there's only two of us and I am ALWAYS throwing out food! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: shopping tips...

I use King Kullen coupons at Stop & Shop - save a nice amount of $$ that way alone (about $20-$30 a month)

for non perishable and paper goods, I stock up when they are on sale. Also, when they have a sale on drug store items (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc), it's a better price than anywhere else IMO.
