Short LP
This is the third month in a row that AF shows up 10 days after I think I o'd. I know for a fact this month is was exactly 10 (I charted this month). I heard that that is not normal.
What could this indicate (If anyone has had this happen to them)?

Re: Short LP
It could indicate, luteal phase defect, which means the body is not producing enough progesterone. It's tricky though because, I have low progesterone but my my LP is always 14 days.
If you are over 35, chances of having lower progesterone is usual.
Different supplements can help with this, or suppositories. For instance, B complex or vitamin D. Some ob/gyns believe in giving out clomid for this as well. I personally believe in the suppositories if they are given at the correct dose....and day.
If you get your progesterone tested at about 7 dpo that can indicate approximately where your progesterone levels are. Progesterone fluctuates often though, so although it can be low it can be high and then low again...it's secreted in pulses. Clinics like Cornell, do multiple progesterone checks during the 2ww. Some doctors have also done some interesting things with hcg trigger shots during the 2ww...to help sustain the lining for implantation.
When there are several days of spotting prior to AF....that is also another indication. Sometimes the estrogen to progesterone ratio is off.... and that causes the spotting as well.
