Should I add more to her menu?
I know, I know another food question, but I just want to run her menu by you and see if I can add more.
Breakfast: Cereal (2 T) and 1/2 jar fruit, milk (5-6 oz)
Lunch: milk (6 oz)
Snack: milk (if she'e not napping, if she is then dinner is earlier)6 oz
Dinner: Cereal (2T), 1/2 to whole jar veggie, milk (5-6 oz)
Bedtime: milk 8 oz
Do you think I can add fruit to dinner until she gets meat ? When can she have solids at lunch?
TIA!!

Re: Should I add more to her menu?
Steven is 7 months and this is what he gets:
Cereal, fruit and bottle Meat, veggie, fruit and bottle Veggie, fruit and bottle bottle
I think you can add veggies and fruit for lunch. He just started meat a couple weeks ago, so before that we were giving him veggies and fruit. I would start with 1/2 veggies and 1/2 fruit and increase as needed. The reason I give him meat for lunch is because he tends to be more hungry at lunch than at dinner.

I would add a half jar of fruit and half jar of veggie to lunch. She's probably ready for it.
