Should I get the nurses a gift?
I pump in a private room in the nurses' office at my job. Obviously, they have to let me pump there - it is the law. BUT from day one they have both been so wonderful to me and I see them basically twice a day every day when I pass them to get to the room.
I was thinking of getting them a nice box of cookies and bringing it to them on Monday.
Is this wierd since A. It isn't like they have a choice, they have to let me pump there. B. They are nurses and I am getting them fattening unhealthy Italian pastries.
WDYT?

Cookies are the way to go for a situation like that! I make about 15 dozen cookies this weekend to hand out on platters for next week. If you need some, I'll make two up for ya! Nothing beats homemade cookies.

I think it's a nice gesture! And as far as the unhealthy issue- don't worry about it- even nurses love some holiday cookies- fattening or not!!

ITA as well. I think it's a great idea.
Oh, and BTW... I remember when they had a designated smoking area outside hospitals and you'd see a ton of nurses smoking. Not that these nurses do, but you'd think... LOL
