Should I give them negative feedback?
I bought a used book from amazon a month ago...I have boughten used books before with no problem
So I start the book today and it REEKS of perfume...I mean now my sweatshirt smells of it, my husband wanted it out of the living room cause it made it stink, and we put it outside.
I didn't notice this before because I saw it and then kept it in the envelope till I was ready to read (1 month later, i know, but its so busy)
Anyways, should I find that order from amazon and give them not so great feedback?

If it's that bad that you had to take it out of the house, I'd mention something in the feedback. What if the person who buys the next book is allergic to perfume or something?

I wouldn't necessarily give negative. She may not even realize how bad it smells (bad in an overpowering way). I would contact her to let her know for future transactions and see if she could offer a refund if you return the book. Blame it on allergies

What condition was the book listed in on the sale? I would contact the seller first - see if they will take it back.
To get rid of the stink try putting the book in a large ziploc with some dryer sheets - it may help.
