Should I go back on BCP?
I'm not sure where to post this...I had my twins one month ago tomorrow and my DH and I were discussing whether or not I should go back on BCP. I'm 34 and don't plan on having more children. If I had a c-section, I would have considered having a hysterectomy but I delivered vaginally. Are there health risks with going back on BCP at my age?

Re: Should I go back on BCP?
My OB suggested I go back on. I am 36 and still on it. Pretty sure we won't be having more. Just hoping DH agrees to get a vasectomy instead of me tying my tubes.

Re: Should I go back on BCP?
I went back on BCP shortly after I delivered my twins. Besides I obvious reasons, it seemed to help level out my hormons. GL Rebecca

Re: Should I go back on BCP?
i had an IUD put in shortly after my twins were born. i dont think we will have anymore children, but bc we are both fairly young i wasnt ready to do anything permanent. i had the paragard (no hormones, just copper) and it lasts for 10 years. i cant say its been perfect - i get very heavy periods, but its better than having to think about taking BCP everyday.
