Should I go to the Dr
I hit my head yesterday at the playground chasing after my kids. I felt sick immediatly after...but some how managed to keep my food down. I'm still feeling sick and the pain in my head is spreading down my jaw line.
i dont really think that there is anything that they can do for me at the dr....but should I go anyway?

YES!!!!! You need to go. It's your head. Don't mess with head injuries, they may seem like nothing but you need to get checked asap.
Go to a neurologist.
