Should I start looking for a new OB/GYN?
I have been going to the same Dr. for over 3 years. I like her and think shes great...but she is in Manhattan and only delivers in Manhattan Hospitals.
It's not the WORST thing in the world...but should I maybe look for one closer to home?
and also should I maybe start going to a Dr. that I feel would be delivering my child (if I EVER get prego)? This way they can at least monitor me before , during, and after?

Re: Should I start looking for a new OB/GYN?
SIL, saw the head of the ob/gyn at Lennox Hill hospital in manhattan. My brother/sil live in baldwin harbor, long island. She couldn't have been happier. When you go into labor it usually takes quite awhile for the baby to come, so you don't necessary need a local hospital. You need a hospital that you feel can provide you and your baby with the best healthcare.
Currently I am seeing a local Re....because it's convenient and I am second guessing my decision. I am just continuing there for a short time and moving on to the city as well. Manhattan attracts top physicians.
It's all what makes you comfortable...though, I believe it's a personal decision.

I can make it into the city, with no traffic, in 15 minutes...but I am so scared that when I do go into labor I won't make it!
