Re: Should I track my . . .
If you are inclined to temp and chart, you may want to consider buying the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" or joining a charting website like fertilityfriend.com. They both show you how to keep track of your temperatures. Charting doesnt tell you when you will ovulate. It will tell you AFTER you have ovulated. You will need a basal body thermometer and should start taking your temperature on the first day of AF (heavy flow) and every day at the same time after at least 3 hours of sleep.
I do it because my RE told me to. He uses it as a tool to make sure that my cycles are regular and he looks at it every time I go in for an exam.

Re: Should I track my . . .
I would start if you are willing. I won't be temping. I wake up a zillion times a night and I just don't think it would work for me. GL!!!
