I have ww tonight.

I went off track really bad this past week. Once I fell off, knowing Sunday was my first Mother's Day and we were going out to eat, I just decided to stay off track and jump back on after the meeting tonight.

I am thinking of using my weigh in pass tonight but going to the meeting. Would you get weighed KNOWING you did really badly all week just to see where you are at or would you skip so you dont depress yourself?

ETA..I also got "my friend" this week after not getting it for like 3 months so I know I am bloated.

It depends on your personality.

I personally would weigh in. The increase in the scale would make me more motivated. For some though, it would send them running for the hill and become upset and discouraged.

I would also weigh in. When I have done that, I feel like it puts the bad week behind me and its a fresh start.

See thats the thing. I KNOW I gained..just dont know how much.

Last time I gained, I was depressed all week about it. It made me work harder and then I lost almost 3 pounds but it made me nervous.

I guess I should just get on the damn thing and find out huh? LOL

I'm terrible---but I would not weigh in. Gaining weight makes me feel bad, and makes me just stay off. I would just go back to eating well, and weigh in on Saturday (I am not a good role model). Good luck!

Good to hear you weighed in- had I been on when you posted, I would have said to. It is a bad pattern to start not weighing in- been there- done that- no good for me!
