Should I worry? TMI WARNING
Last night I was getting ready for bed and my legs started shaking, and I ended up running to the bathroom. I had a bad case of diarrhea for like an hour. I kept shivering and shaking, felt like I couldn't breathe. Finally it ended in about an hour...but it really came out of nowhere, and this is the second time this week it happened. The first night was earlier in the week. So first I wondered if it was something I ate...now I am worrying that it is something more than that. I have a doctors appt. on Thursday, so I will tell my doc. But should I worry?
Sorry for the TMI topic.

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
I've had this throughout my pg especially from the beginning. My legs never shook but it'a another common side of pg. I would mention it to the doctor but I wouldn't worry over it. Your digestive system is pretty sensitive now with all the extra hormones that are running around in your body.

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
I would call your doc just to let them know, it can't hurt. I get bouts of the runs but I just figured it was from my IBS. Hope you feel better

It can be a symptom pg PG, but it is best to let your Dr decide. If it happens again, take your temperature at different times through the bout of illness. Make sure it does not get to a fever

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
I never got the shakes....but my stomach was a MESS while I was pregnant. I had to be near a bathroom everytime I ate or there was trouble!
I'd let your doctor know, just in case!

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
Thanks...hopefully it won't happen again before I go to the doctor on Thursday and I will tell him then. If it happens again I guess I will call. Oh the joys of pregnancy that nobody tells you about....

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
Could it be from something you are eating? Maybe your prenatals?

Didn't think of that. They never seemed to bother me before.

Re: Should I worry? TMI WARNING
Why wait until Thursday? Just give them a call and then you don't have to worry anymore!
