Shower slightly puddling in one corner after shower
We just redid bathroom. We have had several problems, but I notice a pudding in one corner of shower pan. Ten hours later it is still there? Anyone have this problem?

Shower slightly puddling in one corner after shower
Is your tub level? It sounds like that would be a leveling issue. Is it towards the back of the tub or the drain?

Its a neo angle shower we had just installed. So it is a shower pan. So it is puddling in one area, corner. Drain is in the middle and this is in a corner closest to the wall. We have had such problems with the shower door place with shower door leaking through hinge and now this. We will have to bring this to the contractors attention. Has anyone had this?

Plain and simple the shower pan was not installed level. If it was all the water would run towards the drain. For it to be fixed the pan needs to be reinstalled.

OMG! We just had a $2,000 frameless glass door attached. This is never ending.

Yes its not level. It should have been checked by your contractor before tiling. You should call the contractor back and they should fix it. Do you have a contract? Were the licensed and insured? There should be some type of language in your contract that guarantee their work for a period of time. I had an issue with our upstairs bathtub leaking into my downstairs bathroom. We couldn't figure it out because it didn't happen all the time. Our plumber came out 4 months after our bathroom was finished. We found out it was something to with the shower body. Luckily it was an easy fix but the plumber spent 3 hours here free of charge trying to figure out what was wrong and fixed it for free.

we have a fiberglass shower pan, not tile. Contractor just came and said pan was not made level. He is willing to rip out and do labor for no charge to change shower pan but the custom glass doors, we will have to cover that. To have shower door place come and take down and reinstall will be at least $1,000. Now we have to decide.
