Shower Thank you gift for the hostess'
My shower is fast approaching, it's on March 18. My mom is flying in from Illinois for the shower and she along with my "aunt" and one of her daughters is doing everything. All I did was put a deposit and invitations, they are doing everything else. I asked my aunt for an update on how many people were coming and she said "Can't anything be a surprise! I thought I was in charge now" She was joking, but I have this feeling she and my mom are paying th balance.
Even if they don't, I want to get/do something special for them, btu I am at a loss. I want something meaningful and not just a gift certificate.
Any thoughts? Ideas?
Should I do it at the shower? Before? After?
TIA!!

Re: Shower Thank you gift for the hostess'
My Bro's MIL and my SIL hosted my shower at their home.
I had arranged for the day after the shower for their favorite flowers to be sent to their house with a thank you note.

Re: Shower Thank you gift for the hostess'
We're giving our moms, my sister and my grandma (who are throwing the showers jointly) framed pregnancy pics to thank them.
But that's probably only a good gift for a family member.

TIA!! Maybe a mani/pedi day for them with you while you are all in town & a little lunch to follow?
