Shower Thank Yous
How long did it take for you to get out your shower thank yous? I've been working on them here and there, I have about 40 of them done but I have about 30 more to go and my shower was 3 weeks ago this Saturday.  Is this too much time? Should I try and get them all done at once? I just hate rushing through them. What do you think is an adequate time frame for shower thank yous? Thanks for any info!

IMO as long as you get them out before the baby is born then you should be fine (assuming you had your shower at an average # of weeks). I'd rather a nice thank you then a Dear___ Love___

My shower was on March 21st and I just sent out the last two on Tuesday. I sent them out as I wrote them so I felt that I was accomplishing something. Liek you I had about 60 or so to write. I wanted to get them all done before the baby came so that I wouldnt' still have shower thank yous while writing other thanks you when the baby is here.
I don't think 3 weeks is too much time at all.

It sounds reasonable to me but I would just send out the ones I have done so far and continue sending them out as I do them.

my dd's 2nd party was on the 21st and I have all the thank ytou's written out but have not sent them yet as I have to go to the PO to get stamps

Thanks everyone. I have now about 20 left to do. If I buckle down tonight and tomorrow morning I could probably get them out before the weekend. My hand just needs a break!

Wow!!! 70 Thank yous!! Thats a big shower! You must of got a TON of stuff!!
I think 4-6 weeks is a good amount of time.

OMG, the house is overrun with baby stuff. I can't even get into my living room! DH has a huge family so we did have a lot of people at the shower but we also received things in the mail from friends, or at work from co-workers etc. Everyone was so generous, we are very grateful that we hardly have to buy anything.
