Re: Shrimp roll-sushi
I was told anything cooked is just fine, and if you know the place and trust it a few pieces of raw fish, low in mercery, are fine every now and then.

If it's cooked, it's fine. I had one last night.

Re: Shrimp roll-sushi
shrimp is cooked and is considered fine by most dr's. Mine says its fine to have raw sushi from a repuatable place occasionally, and I do :)

Now I want a spicy shrimp mango roll. They are fine. Sushi, including the raw (depending on your comfort level) is generally safe. The cooked stuff always is safe.
