shrimp with veggie stir fry
any ideas for veggies to go with this?
also, can i make this the same way as i would make with chicken??

You can really do anything you want ...
I like to go to the international aisle and buy things like waterchestnuts, baby corn, bamboo shoots, etc ... and sautee them with chicken, beef, or shrimp.
Fresh veggie options: onions, red peppers, green peppers, broccoli, green beans, Snow Peas, garlic
Frozen option: Sugar Snap Peas, Corn, broccoli, asian stir fry mix
Buy a Teryiake marinade / glaze and add it the last few minutes of cooking

I make it the same as I do for chicken. I usually use a bag of frozen stir fry veggies - the one I use most is peppers and onions.

Use Olive Oil, or even better Peanut Oil or Sesame Oil...
