Sick-Do you go to the gym?
I definitely had no energy yesterday, between feeling not good and having no sleep..so I didnt go.
Today Im not a 100%.. but hate that Im not going,

If I have no energy and beyond tired.......then NO. All I would wanna do is go home, eat and go to sleep 
But last week I had a mild sore throat, and I made sure that didnt stop me from going. And Im glad I went.

It all depends on what I am feeling. Yesterday I had the worst headache all day & it was starting to go away when I left work. I went home & vegged out, I didn't want to push myself.
Usually if I am tired, I will make it a point to get through some of it. If I am coughing or what not, I will not do cardio but will do some other stuff..

Only if I have some kind of cold or fever. Drained of energy is a normal day for me

i hate when people cough all over everything in the gym and wipe their noses. uch!

Depends. If I have a mild migraine I go to the gym. I think the endorphins which are released actually help my headache. If I have a cough, sneeze, or am slightly congested I will still go. Basically, I have to be very sick or barely able to swallow to not go.

Me too.
I have gone before in this condition and I end up having a crappy workout so I decide to take a day off to refresh.
If I'm really sick, I'll take off as much time as I need (I took a week off last week because I had that headache stomach bug thingy).
