sick from changing diet?
I started WW yesterday and have been eatting lots of veggies and healthy food. This is from someone who eats chocolate everyday and fast food a lot.
I feel so sick to my stomach right now. I couldn't sleep last night at all. When is this going to end? Am I the only one?

Yeah, if your digestive system isnt used to the fiber, you could get some nasty diarrhea.
Try adding it in slowly, incresaing your fruits and veggies by a serving every other day to give your body some time to adjust.

Re: sick from changing diet?
A change in diet can definitely make you feel ill. The fiber especially can do a number on your stomach. The good news is, your body will adjust. Some people take a probiotic supplement to help with digestive issues. Feel Better!

Re: sick from changing diet?
IF you are eating a lot of veggies, fibers and whole grains - yes, you will feel totally bloated and have stomach cramps. I was like this when I switched to vegetarianism. But after about one week I was fine and totally back to normal. It'll pass!
