sick n preg
i haven't been sick once this whole pregnancy and now i wake up with a sore throat & runny nose. so i tried tea that didn't help much and some soup which seems to have helped a bit...i hope it goes away soon!!!!

I know how you felel. I've been sick for over a week. It gets a little better each day but hasn't completely gone away yet. Here are a few things that helped me. Saline nasal spray, humidifier, decaf tea with honey and lemon, gargle with salt water for a sore throat, lots of fluids and rest. Feel better.

Feel better soon. It have had a cold off and on for 2 weeks now so I know how you feel.

I have had the same thing since last thursday. I had the sore throat for about 2 days, then since sat I've been so stuffy and coughing. Nothing seems to be helping but I feel better a little each day so I'm hoping it goes away soon.
