All I know is that i'm making Baked Ziti and probably fish.

i was going to suggest penne alla vodka but i see you are doing baked ziti. What about a salad or a roasted vegetable of some sort? What kind of fish? Some fish is good with rice, or some you can do a citrus salad.

I love asparagus. I usually put it on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. I bake it for about 15 minutes at 350 and then broil it to give it a little crunch.
Some other ideas:
Garlic bread
Roasted potatoes
Garden salad
Mozzarella and tomato with basil and balsalmic

I would do a veggie of some sort, since you already have the starch. Roasted asparagus is great, but not in season so might be harder to find good asparagus. I would also roast it at a higher temp then described above, for a shorter period of time. You can also roast some broccoli, that could be good. TJs sells haricot vert for a great price, you could do it really simply - steam them, toss with some melted butter, s&p, and toasted almond slices
