Side effects off coming of BC?
Is it me or is anyone else experiencing side effects of coming off BC? For instance, I'm breaking out like crazy!! I didn't have this many blemishes when I was a teenager! 
Also, I'm putting on some weight, and while I still haven't had AF, I get some sympotms but no flow for a lack of a better term.
Is anyone out there experiencing anything like this?

I def noticed my skin break out and i gained weight when i went off the pill...I think my body was just out of whack after haviing been on it for so long...

My skin broke out terribly. It still does, not as bad but definitely more so than when I was on the pill. I have been off for five months.
I also have terrible lower back pain about a week before AF.

I have def gain a few pounds since coming off of BC. I did notice a few blemishes the other day, nothing too bad. I guess after my body finally adjust to being off BC everything will go back to normal....I hope

If you think about it, pimples are related to hormones. Birth control is made of hormones. Therefore it makes sense that a person COULD break out if they go off of them. But I dont know if I persoanlly would call this a side-effect. That could just be who you are OFF of birth control.
As we get older our bodies change as our hormones do. Before birth control, my periods were 7 days long and heavy and irregular. 15 years on birth control and off for 10 months (give or take) they are shorter, lighter and like clockwork.
Just my thoughts.

I just went off pill also and I have been eating everything! I haven't really gained (yet) but I definitely have a bigger appetite.

J - when I went off in October, my skin started breaking out like crazy and I wanted to eat everything that came across my path.
My boobs also became HUGE out of nowhere! I was always a solid B cup and went to a very full C. You would think that they would have gone down after going off the pill.... 
After about 3 months off, I no longer eat everything, I have lost some weight and my skin has cleared up. The boobs are still there, though! (no complaints from either myself or DH!  )

Again - no complaints from either myself or DH!

Worst side effects was the cramps. I had horrible AF cramps every months to the point that I had to take a day off sometimes.

Its not FROM the pill though.. actually the side effects going ON the pill would be clearer skin, less cramps, etc. This is just how you are normally without the aid of the hormones.

I hear ya chickies...I guess I never really thought about it from that perspective. I've been on BC for so long 10+ yrs that I guess I forgot what it's like to be "hormone" free.

Luckily my appetite has been in check, if anything, I seem to eat less which I'm NOT complaining about!
God help me if my boobs get any larger, seriously, I don't think I could take it!!
I'm hoping my skin will simmer down in the next few months b/c I don't wear make up but I'm starting to think I should b/c I don't like the way my skin looks.
Could I actually miss being on BC??? Well, not exactly, I miss my skin on BC!!!

Good Points: I def have an increased sex drive (thank god!) and I've lost a few pounds.
Bad Point: I think the pounds I lost all came directly from my boobies

This is my second month off and my skin is horrible! I know as said above that it isnt a side effect but it still stinks! Sex drive is back though
