Sierra Mist/Sprite
Any reason why we can't have them now and again? When I go out to eat I sometimes like to really go crazy (  ) and order a Sprite or Sierra Mist.

I lived on Sprite my whole first trimester. It took my nasuea away all the time. Whats wrong with sprite? Theres no caffeine in it.

I have no taste for soda at all throughout this pregnancy but when I do go for one, this is usually what I get (because they have no caffeine and taste more 'refreshing')
I don't see any problem with it!

I didn't think anything - just lots of calories (and I'd rather eat them than drink them ). I was just wondering, that's why I asked.

I usually go for Ginger Ale if I'm going to drink soda...if they don't have that..then it's Sprite.

I love that scratchy head guy! I didn't think anything but I wasn't drinking Diet Coke (I don't like regular Coke) b/c of the caffeine and sweetener...and this was the only soda I have been drinking. I didn't think Sprite had sweetener or anything else bad but I wanted to ask the experts.

I usually have 1 a day. My mom yells at me because of the carbonation. She says it will make me swell up. Well I guess you could say that, lol.

I switched from Diet Coke to Sprite when we started TTC. Other than the sugar, I'd say you're fine. I drank it with both pregnancies. My kids don't listen very well - I'm pretty sure it's the Sprite.
