Sigh of Relief
After years of IVF/loss and my last pregnancy, which ended 3 weeks after the anatomy scan showed that my son had a lethal abnormality, I just had the 20 week scan on my twin girls last night and they got "two A+s" from the MFM.
I have learned not to trust anything until there is a baby in my arms, but this is such a relief that I could cry. Thanksgiving, indeed

I remember that feeling. I started crying during my anatomy scan because I had never been that far along in a pregnancy. I completely freaked the sono tech out until she realized they were happy tears.
