Silly Question on "Thank You's"

Silly Question on "Thank You's"
when the baby is born.
How are you planning on writing out the "Thank You's?" From the baby.. ex) "Thank You so much for the beautiful dress! I can't wait to wear it......."
or
"Thank you so much for the beautiful dress. BabyX is going to look so cute this summer wearing it..."
I know it's stupid, but I've gotten different thank you's from friend's kids and I was wondering how to write mine when the baby gets here. I know it's really all about what you want to do.

I pick option number 2- to write it from yourself. I personally think the other way is a bit cheesy. JMO

Ok, good... ITA and notice a lot of people send it from the baby. I think it sounds weird and will most likely send it from me, DH and of course the baby. Thanks

I'd have to agree that you should write it from you. Once they're old enough to actually appreciate or realize that they've gotten a gift then you can start writing it from them.
