I bought wellness at the Health Food store earlier today. Since the recall, I put them on Purina and my older cat cant digest it. She's had diahrrea for 2 weeks, and the Vet said he thinks she has IBS. I think she will be able to digest the Wellness.

And apparently the biscuits I was feeding her aren't on the list either.(I thought they were, but the type I fed Misty aren't)

I will now strictly give them "human food". I was doing this in small amounts and mixing it with dry dog food, but no more. I found a lot of great websites on-line and my vet gave me some great recipes.

Still feeding him Nature's Recipe. I'm so glad it is not affected. We had to try a lot of foods before we found this, because my dog has a sensitive stomach.

Prescripion Diet Z/D but looking for something comparable that's cheaper. I might try the Solid Gold again.

We are still giving her the Dry Nutro Max, which was not on the recall.
No wheat gluten in the ingrediants

still beneful for Boogie too-
thank goodness it's not on the list- because I tried switching Bo ogie to an organic food at this local shop in GA) and he hated it... so switching foods with him is not so easy!

Hill's Science Diet until the end of next week when I'll be feeding them all natural stuff. I want to ease them into the homemade stuff and wean them off all store foods. I'm not going to wait to see Hill's added, so I'm being proactive.
